Cancellation Policy and Communications

Swim Club Cancellation Policy
Swim club will be cancelled if there is likelihood of a storm (but not necessarily just heavy rain). 
It is up the the discretion of the Committee to cancel the Club event.

The Committee will  notify Members of a cancellation in the following 3 ways, however the onus is on the member families to check these sources.

Cancellations will be decided BEFORE drive through starts at 2:45pm
  1. An email will be sent to the Google email group. If you need other emails added please contact me.
  2. An Announcement will be posted on this website
  3. An Announcement will be made over the school intercom system before drive through
